According to him " Bug report is a tool that you use to sell the programmer on the idea of spending her time and energy to fix a bug ". He also gives information on the various definition of bugs, and how they are incomplete and should be considered very carefully. He also explains why it is important to troubleshoot the bug and what are the attributes of a good defects.
