Reason we have
this section is because it
is not enough if you just
understand and practice various
concepts and methodologies
of software testing. You
need to be aware of what is
happening around you in
testing world, what are the
latest news, what are the
trends, what skills you
should have to become better
tester and how to tell some
one a good joke related to
software testing :) It is
important, since our field
is changing so fast now that
if you do not follow what is

might have knowledge which
is not relevant or have lost
its context.
